The department aims to offer various programs, with the most notable being the Master’s and Doctoral programs specializing in talent and creativity. These programs focus on the discovery, development, and education of gifted individuals. This aligns with the university’s goals of fostering creativity and excellence in identifying and nurturing talents. The department provides programs that anticipate future needs, preparing educators from kindergarten to pre-university levels, as well as researchers and professionals interested in the field of talent identification and support.

The Department of Talent and Creativity focuses on cognitive and skill-based aspects, as well as scientific methods for identifying and nurturing gifted individuals. The department offers innovative approaches to prepare researchers and specialists in the field of talent education and development.

Mission

The Department of Talent and Creativity aims to provide outstanding and creative educational experiences characterized by deep thinking and innovative leadership. This is achieved through research and practices based on scientific innovations that keep pace with the times and anticipate future needs, preparing researchers and practitioners in the education of gifted individuals.

Department Programs

1. Talent Discovery and Specialization Selection Program (Coaching Sessions)

  • Assessing the student’s abilities (linguistic, numerical, spatial, and inferential thinking)
  • Offering courses, lectures, and consultations suitable for discovering and utilizing talent to qualify the student for the job market

2. Higher Diploma and Master’s Program

Program Objectives:

  1. Equipping students with knowledge, skills, and experiences related to the education and care of gifted individuals.
  2. Preparing skilled specialists in the field of gifted education.
  3. Enriching educational research and stimulating research and study activities in the field of gifted education, applying them to address educational issues and real-world problems.
  4. Training researchers in elements of creativity and thinking skills (PMI, CAF, RULES, C & S, AGO, etc.)

3. Doctoral Program

The Doctoral Program in the education and discovery of gifted individuals is one of the programs offered by the Department of Talent and Creativity at the College of Education, Bachen University. The department is committed to keeping pace with developments and aligning with the university’s goals of fostering talent, creativity, and excellence in identifying and nurturing talents. The program aims to provide qualified individuals to care for this group and meet their needs in line with the university’s strategic objectives.
